Revery Lessons
At Revery, we offer lessons from age seven & up, from beginners to advanced to riders who want to travel to larger rated shows.
We have safe, sweet school ponies and horses to get you started. We welcome riders of all levels of commitment, whether you just want to learn how to ride for fun, want to show on the local circuit, or aspire to even higher levels. We have a great group of adults who love supporting each other at the barn, and at shows! Riding is a great activity for moms looking for some “me time”!
Meet Our Lesson Horses
Eliza
My Fair Lady aka Eliza is a 13.1 hand welsh pony who is on loan to us from our friends at Eighteen Acres Farm. Eliza has been in our barn family since 2003. She is the perfect beginner pony and will build a child’s confidence from day one.
Oliver
As A Matter of Fact aka Oliver has been a member of our barn family since 2012. He competed in the Childrens/Adult Hunters and Equitation with his previous owner. We were lucky enough to have him offered to us as a school horse when his owner got into medical school. Oliver is a quarter horse, which is where he gets his very level attitude from. Oliver is super sweet and enjoys making new friends!.
Jewel
Shirley Temple aka Jewel is definitely a jewel! Another long time member of our barn family who everyone falls in love with from their first ride. Jewel is 1/2 Belgian and 1/2 Quarter Horse, and is an amazing beginner lesson horse..
Lionheart
Lionheart is a big sweet heart who needs no other name. Lionheart had a lengthy career as an eventer and 3’6″ Equitation horse. Originally a lease horse for a client, we all fell head over heals for this quiet, sweet gentleman and knew we couldn’t live without him. He was purchased as a school horse in 2012. Lionheart is a dressage schoolmaster and turns heads everywhere he goes. He is available for half lease in the barn as a dressage/flat horse.
Mason
Though now retired at home with her loving family, we wanted to show our love for this special mare who gave us so much of herself over the years! Rock Chalk aka Mason is another lovely draft cross and has been in our family since 2003. Mason is 1/2 Percheron and 1/2 Thoroughbred. This mare has done it all, from jumpers to equitation to hunters! Everyone falls in love with how comfy she is!.
